agent. We work directly to the owner, providing a bespoke service tailored precisely to his or her needs. No task is too big
or small to be handled promptly with total professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
On our services page is a résumé of our services, you will notice we do not quote fees. It just isn't possible to do so when
providing bespoke services. This matter we deal with individually, and in confidence, with each client. Please contact us

We place great emphasis on the word bespoke. Services we provide are tailored to suit each individual clients requirements.
We manage only a small number of properties. If we undertook to care for more, we could not provide the personal attention
to detail, which is the cornerstone of our business.
All aspects of the clients Management Protocol are attended to by a principle of Ki. Any personnel engaged on behalf of
the client by Ki will be, whenever possible, associates of this company: known by us to provide quality and service of the
highest standard.
Goods and services provided by Ki on the client's behalf will be sourced with the highest regard for environmental integrity.
Client business is handled in the strictest confidence and with total discretion. Information relating to a client, or
client's property, may be held in both hard and electronic format but within a highly secure environment. Consequently we
would never use an existing client as a reference, recommendation is our staple marketing tool. Our business is built on goodwill
and recommendation, a situation we strive to maintain.
We undertake to be available to our clients at all times. In person, by letter, telephone or email and to always acknowledge
any communication in the shortest possible time.
